The Love, Peace and Hope Return Policy gives you ample time to ensure sure you made the right purchase decision.
For Diamond Rings:
In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied, simply return your diamond ring (custom designed rings or custom engraving not included) in its original condition within 60 days of the shipment date for a refund or an exchange.
For All Other Items:
In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied, simply return your item in its original condition within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund or an exchange.
Your purchase can be exchanged for another item, the same item in a different size or setting, or for repair. Once it's received, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days after review by our Quality Control department. Items that have been engraved, altered, resized (by Love, Peace and Hope or any other outlet), or seem worn or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
